All Sales Are Final

• All jewelry and accessories are hand made and unique.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom or handmade items.

• This includes fundraising orders and personalized products.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• We will repair, replace, or correct the item at no cost to you.

Fundraising Orders

Due to the personalized nature of fundraising items, these orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect.
