Red Thread Sports Collective Fundraising Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Program allows teams and organizations to promote and earn a predetermined percentage of sales from qualifying purchases made through Red Thread Sports Collective, using their unique fundraising code at checkout.
2. Eligibility

Participants must be affiliated with an approved sports team or organization.

We reserve the right to approve or deny participation at our sole discretion.
3. Fundraising Codes

Each team will receive a unique fundraising code.

Customers must enter this code at checkout in the “Fundraising Code” field for the sale to count toward the fundraising total.

Codes may not be used in spammy or misleading ways.
4. Commission & Payouts

Participants will earn a specific percentage of net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) on eligible purchases made using their code.

Payouts will be issued to the team or designated representative at the end of the campaign period, typically within 15 business days.

Fundraising totals will be tracked and provided upon request.
5. Campaign Duration

Fundraising start and end dates will be determined and agreed upon in advance.

Extensions may be considered upon request but are not guaranteed.
6. Marketing and Promotion

We encourage sharing your code via email, social media, and team communications.

Use of Red Thread Sports Collective branding or images must be appropriate and may not be altered without permission.

Participants may not misrepresent the program or make false claims.
7. Product Availability

All items are handmade and subject to material availability.

Custom orders may be offered but require additional lead time.
8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Fraudulent, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of funds.
9. Limitation of Liability
Red Thread Sports Collective is not responsible for:

Technical issues with code application or tracking

Delays in shipping or production

Errors resulting from incorrect code use by customers
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
